You can see that homes that sold in Marin relatively quickly, – i.e. went into contract within 30 days – mostly sold over asking.
Also note the significant difference in the percentage of what condos and townhomes sold over asking for. Townhome 5% and condos 1.5%. Townhomes more often having more bedrooms, a larger patio, a garage, and more space than condos.
